Danielle Copperman is a full time model, nutritionist, holistic chef and entrepreneur (founder of quinoa based breakfast goods, Qnola). During her career as model, Danielle became more in tune with how our lifestyle choices could powerfully influence the way we look and, most importantly, feel. Join us for a week long program designed and hosted by Danielle, where she'll be sharing inspiration and ideas on holistic and natural living. Get excited for adaptogenic food workshops (eating to aid digestion and reduce stress and fatigue), Wake Up Well energy workshops, Strala yoga, Sunrise walks, sunset yoga nidra and meditation, power and purpose workshops and private consultations based around the content of her debut book, Well Being.
This week is all about letting go and tuning in to your purpose. It is about positive thinking and reprogramming how we have come to be conditioned in the modern world, and this week will equip you will daily tools for living a more prosperous and abundant life. My trusting in our own intuition and in natures provisions, you will learn how to live and do more, with less. (*Additional costs added for 1 guest staying in a double occupancy room, fees vary per room. All prices are in US$.)
DAY 1:
Day 1 will begin with a welcome ceremony, where guests will get to know each other and share a bit about why they are here. We will discuss the key components of Danielle's Well Being philosophy - including diet, lifestyle habits, movement, the mind, the breath and the energy of the body. We will explore fears and confidence and will touch on the importance of purpose in an over complicated, materialistic modern world. We will look at expectations and boundaries in today's society and will discuss empowerment and the power of thought in designing a life you truly want and are destined to be living. This session will consist of letting go of things we want to change by journaling, and also intention setting for the week and for life after the retreat. You will be given physical tools for the week, including a private 1 to 1 consultation with Danielle on how best to utilize her book, Well Being. A light breakfast of Qnola will also be served during this session.
We will follow this time with pranayama techniques to aid digestion, and then head to breakfast.
In the evening, we will regroup for mediation and yoga nidra to encourage sounder sleep.
DAY 2:
An optional barefoot sunrise walk will lead us to a sacred spot for yoga. Before yoga, we will have a brief session of journaling and a short discussion on living with less and being more in tune with nature before a short Wake Up Well energy workshop - including tapping and shaking - which will equip you with practical tools to take away and use at home.
In the afternoon, Danielle will be hosting a tonic and adaptogen workshop, discussing the power of such ingredients and how to use them effectively and safely.
DAY 3:
After a free morning, we will delve into a self-massage workshop and explore the power and potential of natural ingredients available to make functional beauty remedies. We will discuss natural oils, herbs and essential oils and will then have the chance to make a personalized face mask or bath soak.
Danielle will be around to give 1 to 1 or group business workshops and advice on following your dreams to create your own business and to live a more creative, entrepreneurial life.
DAY 4:
We will begin the fourth day of the program with morning meditation and a gentle yoga session.
We will regroup in the evening after dinner for a silent sunset walk followed by a closing ceremony, which will include journaling, an open gratitude sharing circle, Q & A time and saying our goodbyes.
